Trauma and Orthopaedic services are provided by 6 Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons and a visiting Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon from Gobowen. There is a designated trauma ward with 23 beds and 2 orthopaedic wards with a total of 53 beds.

Outpatient services are provided at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Llandudno General Hospital, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Pwllheli, Dolgellau and Penrhos Stanley Hospital, Holyhead.
