Ysbyty Gwynedd has the services of 2 full time Consultant Dermatologists and Llandudno General Hospital has a visiting Consultant Dermatologist to assist in covering the outpatient clinics for the Llandudno area.  Six inpatient beds are available on Tegid Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd.

Two Dermatology Specialist Nurses run outpatient clinic sessions.

A recent addition to the Dermatology Service is Teledermatology.  This operates from Bryn Beryl Hospital and Penrhos Stanley Hospital and is linked to Ysbyty Gwynedd.  Teledermatology is a type of telemedicine - if you have a skin complaint and you attend an appointment at a community hospital, they can take a digital photograph during your consultation and send it by secure e-mail to a Consultant at Ysbyty Gwynedd.

  Consultant Medical Staff
