The Gynaecological Service provides complete inpatient and outpatient facilities, including emergency admissions and pre-operative assessment clinics.

The Directorate provides the following Gynaecological Services:

• 18 bedded Gynaecology Ward.
• Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit (4 beds based on the Gynaecology Ward).
• Access to beds on the Female Surgical Ward in Llandudno General Hospital.
• Colposcopy Clinic.
• Specialist Oncology Service.
• Specialist Genetic Service.
• Urodynamics.
• Infertility investigations and frozen storage (the facility is licences with the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority).
