WOMEN AND FAMILIES : Specialist Children's Services            
 

The Specialist Children's Service is a multi-agency service for children and young people with developmental delay or disorder, disability, or illness which requires a co-ordinated service from the Health Trust, Social Services and the Education Departments in Anglesey and Gwynedd.

What does the Service offer?

  • A single point of contact where you may contact or leave a message for the professionals involved.
  • An initial assessment on behalf of the service by a named contact person.
  • A Key Worker for disabled children or children who are ill and have complex needs.
  • Multi-agency review of the child's needs.
