Donations using a Credit / Debit Card can be made personally at the General Office, Ysbyty Gwynedd or over the telephone on (01248) 384209, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. A Cheque donation can be made in person by arrangement with the relevant ward / department, at the General Office of the relevant hospital or by post. Cheques should be made payable to the North West Wales NHS Trust Endowment Fund. Please state which hospital / ward / department you would like to benefit from your donation.
