Mrs Kate Elis-Williams BA (Hons) Econ, ACA
Mrs Elis-Williams was appointed Director of Finance for the North West Wales NHS Trust on February 1, 1999. Originally from Cambridgeshire but now based in Bangor, Mrs Elis-Williams qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1982, working for Ernst and Whinney, after graduating in Economics from the University of Newcastle. |
| She moved to North Wales in 1983, working initially in private practice. She joined the health service in 1987 when appointed by the former Gwynedd Health Authority as Unit Finance Officer for the Aberconwy Unit. She then became Director of Finance for the Gwynedd Community Unit in 1991 and was subsequently appointed as Director of Finance for the Gwynedd Community Trust in 1994. Mrs Elis-Williams is also an Associate Director of Gwynedd Local Health Board. |
